Jonathan Alsford, Director

Jonathan set up the company in July 2004, after working in the industry for 10 years. His vision was to have a lettings company that provides good customer service and actually cares for and has good working relationships with its clients and does not treat people like just another number on the figures page. This attitude has impressed the vast majority of our clients resulting in lots of personal referral's and repeat business.

Jonathan is a Fellow member and Licensed A.R.L.A (Association of Residential Letting Agents) Letting Agent and has detailed local market knowledge and experience built up over a number of years and having dealt with thousands of tenancies. Jonathan is also a fully qualified member of the National association of Estate Agents.

Rhiannon Barrington, Saturday Lettings Assistant

Rhiannon joined the company in March 2011 to assist the lettings department in coping with increasingly busy weekends.

Rhiannon is currently studying full time for a degree locally and is therefore also able to help out in the office during University holidays to cover staff annual leave.

Rhiannon has previous experience in customer services and this has been demonstrated in providing excellent service to our growing number of happy customers.

Katie O'Nions, Lettings Manager

Katie joined the company in April 2008 to enable us to deal with the growing demand for diary appointments. Katie is a licensed A.R.L.A (Association Residential Letting Agents) Letting Agent and has previously worked for a national estate agency network and whilst there received industry and customer service experience as well as gaining the A.R.L.A Competency certificate.

Katie deals with new lettings business and conducts the majority of lettings valuations and is also responsible for matching the right property to the right tenant and vice versa. You are most likely to meet Katie if you have a property to let or if you are looking for a property with us.

James Cannon, Property Manager

James joined the company in January 2008 from an Oxford based independent Lettings & Property Management agency where he gained over two years management experience looking after a varied portfolio of both town and country properties, from new-build investor apartments to listed thatched cottages.

James' department currently manages approximately £50 million worth of property. James will be your contact for all Property Management and maintenance issues. All tenants moving out will also deal with James regarding the return of deposits.

Kathryn Louks, Administration and Accounts Manager

Kathryn joined the team in April 2008 to deal with the growing demand for administration of new tenancies and to coordinate the day to day running of the office and diary. Kathryn gained 3 years experience in lettings in Oxfordshire before moving to Poole and has a wealth of reception and customer service experience gained from working for a Salisbury based law firm. Kathryn passed the ARLA Technical Award in Residential Letting in December 2010 and is now a licensed A.R.L.A (Association of Residential Letting Agents)Letting Agent.

You are most likely to deal with Kathryn once you have secured a property leading up to your move in day and subsequently for any renewals to your tenancy. Kathryn also deals with all incoming standing orders for rent payments and makes sure that our clients get paid the right amount, on time and ensures that statements of account are sent out.
