Tracy Woodrow, Part-time Lettings Administrator
Tracey has vast experience within the local lettings industry and is qualified to ARLA level 1.
Having worked in the Poole area for some time, Tracey has good local knowledge and has worked as an administrator and negotiator, very efficient and focused on supplying the very best service to customers.
Sarah Barclay, Property Sales Consultant
Sarah has worked for some leading local independent and corporate companies and has therefore benefited from extensive training and development programs to polish and perfect her skills.
Sarah's specialty is residential sales but can easily use her skills to cross over to residential lettings. Customer service, attention to detail, negotiating and being pro-active are key objectives.
Kathryn Louks, Lettings Coordinator
Kathryn joined the team in April 2008 to deal with the growing demand for administration of new tenancies and to coordinate the day to day running of the office and diary. Kathryn has 3 years experience in lettings in Oxfordshire and locally as well as a wealth of reception and customer service experience gained from working for a Salisbury based law firm.
Kathryn is also responsible for gaining all references on prospective tenants and preparing all new Tenancy Agreements. You are most likely to deal with Kathryn once you have secured a property leading up to your move in day.
Angela Byrne, Property Sales Coordinator
Angela co-ordinates and administers our property sales service, liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, surveyors etc. on your behalf.
Angela believes that customer service is the key to success in this industry and pro-actively endeavour's to provide the best service possible.
Having worked for some local market leading Estate agents, Angela has brought a wealth of experience and knowledge to strengthen the team.
Jonathan Alsford, Director
Jonathan set up the company in July 2004, after working in the industry for 10 years. His vision was to have a lettings company that provides good customer service and actually cares for and has good working relationships with its clients and does not treat people like just another number on the figures page. This attitude has impressed the vast majority of our clients resulting in lots of personal referral's and repeat business.
Jonathan is a Fellow member and a Licensed agent of the Association of Residential Letting Agents, and is also the Dorset representative on the Members Advisory Forum for A.R.L.A. and has detailed local market knowledge.
James Cannon, Property Manager
James joined the company in January 2008 from an Oxford based independent Lettings & Property Management agency where he gained over two years management experience looking after a varied portfolio of both town and country properties, from new-build investor apartments to listed thatched cottages.
James' appointment will further strengthen our already very experienced specialist lettings team. James will be your contact for all Property Management and maintenance issues.

Katie O'Nions, Lettings Negotiator
Katie joined the company in April 2008 to enable us to deal with the growing demand for Viewing appointments. Katie is a Licensed A.R.L.A. Letting Agent and has previously worked for a national estate agency network and whilst there received industry and customer service training as well as gaining the A.R.L.A. (Association of Residential Letting Agents) competency certificate.
Katie is responsible for matching the right property to the right tenant and vice versa, you are most likely to meet Katie if you are viewing properties with us.
Hazel Sharkey, Accounts Coordinator
Hazel joined the team in May 2006 after previously working with Director Jonathan. Hazel has 15 years experience in the industry and is a Licensed A.R.L.A. Letting Agent, a very focused, customer orientated and professional team player.
Hazel deals with all incoming standing orders for rent payments and makes sure that our clients get paid the right amount, on time and ensures that statements of account are sent out. Any tenant moving out will also deal with Hazel regarding the return of deposits.
